Ordering

Firstly thank you for choosing Eternity Cards to supply you with your wedding stationery.

  • Choose a design.
  • Decide on your colour scheme.
  • Select the font you like best. (Examples are on the layout page)

Select the wording layout you would like to use for each of the items you are ordering.

Calculate the quantities of each item you require, but remember you will not need one invite per person as most invites can be addressed to a household. You may want to order a few extra for last minuet guests or spelling mistakes, and of course you will want to have one as a keepsake.

Download and complete the order form or we can do every thing over the phone or email.

You may not be able to supply all of the information at once, for example Guest Lists, Details for the Order of Service/Day, Menu’s or Table Plans but you can forward those on later.

All orders are subject to stock availability, in the event of a supplier making alterations to their product, every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative.

Eternity Cards cannot take responsibility for loss, damage to goods or non-delivery, once they have left our possession. If your package is damaged on receipt please notify me immediately. I will send your order registered post and will need a signature your end as proof of delivery.

Samples

Samples of invitations in your favourite colour and designs are available. Each sample is unique as they are handmade to order. As I am sure you’ll understand Eternity Cards is a small business and with this service being very time consuming and in great demand, I have to charge for my samples.

The price for each sample is the full price stated next to the design picture plus P&P.
I will of course deduct any monies spent on samples from your total order cost, when you place an order with me.

Just email, phone or write to me, stating which samples you would like in which colour way, and I will send you an invoice.

Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total order is required when you place your order. The remainder needs to be paid before we dispatch your finished order (this is when your P&P will be calculated and added to your total) If you ordered any samples then we shall deduct the amount from total. Due to the personalised nature of wedding stationery once an order has been started it is non-transferable, for this reason all monies received are non-refundable.
